Rucinski-Christopher.jpg

I have been accepted in US Federal Court as an expert witness in computer source codedata analysis, and digital evidence collection. Currently I’m the Managing Director of Elysium Digital, where I manage a group of experts who apply their computer science expertise to analyze technology and communicate that analysis with clarity and nuance to clients, attorneys, judges, and jurors.

I hold a Computer Science bachelor’s degree from Princeton University (2010) and a Forensic Examiner Certification from GIAC (2015, renewed 2019). Since 2010 I have consulted on more than 100 technical engagements and have submitted more than a dozen expert reports. I have had my deposition taken a half dozen times and have testified in at trial in litigations including copyright and patent disputes.
